I have used them for a number of larger webinars, and they were OK for that, but for a spontaneous help session or a quick conference among a small group of colleagues they simply aren't practical. With team viewer, I've told a caller on the phone to download and install the software so I can see what they see on their screen and answer a question, and it seldom takes anyone more than 2 or 3 minutes to get to that point.
